Purpose: Messages are strictly related to your active service engagement and may include project updates, scheduling reminders, approval requests, and support replies. We do not send unsolicited marketing promotions via SMS.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project’s needs and stage.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

6. Payment, Fees, and Cancellation
Payment Terms: Fees are as quoted in your service proposal. Payments are typically due upfront or according to defined project milestones.
Refund Policy: Due to the custom, time-intensive nature of our Services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced or a service period has begun, except as required by law.
Cancellation: You may cancel your month-to-month service with 30 days’ written notice sent to our official contact. Cancellation of a fixed-scope project is subject to the terms of your specific proposal.

8. Limitation of Liability
