Scope of Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all fees charged by BrandDevs LLC for its services.
Refund Conditions
BrandDevs LLC offers refunds under the following circumstances:
1. Service Unavailability or Rejection
If BrandDevs LLC is unable to provide the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances, the full payment will be refunded to the client.
2. Cancellation Before Project Start
If the client cancels the service before work has started, a 100% refund will be issued.
Partial Refunds
BrandDevs LLC may offer partial refunds in the following cases:
If the client requests significant changes to previously approved specifications that result in a reduced project scope or cost
If the project cannot be completed within the agreed timeline and BrandDevs LLC is unable to provide a reasonable alternative solution
No Refunds Will Be Issued In the Following Cases:
If issues arise due to the client’s hosting provider, server, third-party software, or services beyond BrandDevs LLC’s control
If the client requests excessive or unreasonable revisions outside the agreed scope
If the client terminates the project after work has begun, except where explicitly stated above
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, the client must notify BrandDevs LLC as soon as possible.
Each request will be reviewed within seven (7) business days of receiving written notification.

Refund Process
BrandDevs LLC processes refunds as follows:
Refunds made via credit card or online payment methods will be credited within seven (7) business days, depending on the payment provider
If a project is canceled after initiation, 30% of the total project cost will be retained as a service and administrative fee
